Cancellations

You can change or cancel your appointment via the link within your confirmation email, or you can send an e-mail, text or call Moana Osteopathic Clinic.

To keep things fair for all patients there is a strict 24 hours window of notification required if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

• ·Rescheduled or cancelled appointments with under 24 hours notice to the start time of your appointment will incur a $50 late cancelation fee.

• ·Missed appointments without notification will incur a 100% fee of the appointment charge.

• Should the fee be unpaid, no further bookings for appointments will be permitted.

• ·If you experience a cough, cold or flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. There won’t be any charge if you change your appointment in these circumstances, though please try to give as much notice as possible so that another patient in need may take your spot.
