Appointments
Initial consultation for adults & children please allow up to 60 minutes.
Returning patient consultation for adults & children please allow up to 60 minutes.
If you are a new patient, you will be sent a new patient form to fill out before your first appointment.
There will be a reminder e-mail sent a few days prior your appointment where possible.
Booking
Use the easy and convenient online booking system to book and change your appointments.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail of your appointment containing a link which will enable you to change or cancel your appointment, should the time chosen no longer suit.

Arrival
At the Paraparaumu Clinic there is free parking to the side of the building.
Please bring any ACC documentation, x-ray or ultrasound results, etc. with you.
On arrival please take a seat in the waiting room area and I will be with you shortly.
ACC
Moana Osteopathic Clinic is registered with ACC, which means you can access treatments for a reduced fee. I can lodge ACC claims on your behalf, if you are eligible. No GP referral is necessary. Please bring your ACC details with you if you already have an existing ACC claim.
Fees
All fees are GST inclusive. Payment options - Cash, Eftpos and Credit Cards. Please note there will be a 3% surcharge for all credit card payments to absorb some of the credit card costs. Unfortunately pay wave is not accepted. Payment is usually expected at the time of consultation.
Regular Non-ACC:
Initial & follow-up consultation adult 60 minutes: $130
Initial & follow-up consultation child (0-18) & student 60 minutes: $110
ACC:
Initial & follow-up consultation adult 60 minutes: $80
Initial & follow-up consultation child (0-18) & student 60 minutes: $60
Cancellation
You can change or cancel your appointment via the link within your confirmation email, or you can send an e-mail, text or call Moana Osteopathic Clinic.
To keep things fair for all patients there is a strict 24 hours window of notification required if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
·Rescheduled or cancelled appointments with under 24 hours notice to the start time of your appointment will incur a $50 late cancelation fee.
·Missed appointments without notification will incur a 100% fee of the appointment charge.
Should the fee be unpaid, no further bookings for appointments will be permitted.
·If you experience a cough, cold or flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment. There won’t be any charge if you change your appointment in these circumstances, though please try to give as much notice as possible so that another patient in need may take your spot.
