<image:title>Osteopathy for Adults Kapiti Coast & Porirua & Greater Wellington - Osteopathy for Adults</image:title>
<image:caption>Osteopathy can be helpful for any situation which affects your wellbeing, health and mobility from an acute injury like a sprained ankle to long-term conditions such as chronic stress and its repercussions, or persistent pain. As every person is unique, so is their body. There is no ‘one size fits all’ when it comes to treatment. Osteopathy focuses on finding out what the underlying cause of your presenting problem is, which differs for each individual and the treatment will be tailored to your needs. Find out more about the way I treat and which conditions osteopathic treatment can help with.</image:caption>

<image:title>Meet Osteopath Susann Rubitzsch - Susann Rubitzsch DO M.Ost., Reg. Osteopath, MONZ</image:title>
<image:caption>I’m a registered Osteopath who trained in the UK and graduated with a Master’s degree from the European School of Osteopathy, a world-renowned institution for osteopathic training. In 2015 I moved to New Zealand, where I have worked in Palmerston North, Wellington, and now on the beautiful Kapiti Coast. My journey to osteopathy began when an Osteopath helped me recover from my own back injury. Because of this, I do enjoy treating lower back pains, particularly with long term, chronic pain. I have undergone postgraduate training in lower back pain rehabilitation through specific exercises and improving motor patterns. I have a special interest in visceral osteopathy, the gentle treatment of inner organs and their relationships to the musculoskeletal system. Visceral manipulations can be highly effective in the treatment of digestive/respiratory disorders, women’s health complaints and post-surgical scars. Every year I further my training in the art of visceral manipulations with the Barral Institute as to better help my patients. In my free time I can be found pottering in our vegetable garden, bush walking and expressing myself through dance.</image:caption>
